Chapter goals for 2025:

• Minimum 3 training days for a total of 16 CPEs minimum.
• Host minimum 1 social networking event.
• Increase membership by 7%.
• Transition webhosting service.

The Richmond Chapter of VSCPA has closed out a successful year of training in 2024. Here is a recap of our member events -

• Members enjoyed networking during three trainings events.
• Members received 17 CPEs, including 2 ethics.
• A summer social event basking in the mild sunshine with camaraderie.

Message from President:

Hello Fellow Richmond CPA’s

The Board of the Richmond Chapter has planned a full and exciting year of CPE and networking events. We have varied the locations and times of our CPE events in an attempt to be of service to more of our members who live and work in different areas of the city. And our networking events are also designed as a benefit of your membership to get you out of the office, enabling you to meet and network with many of your fellow CPA’s as well as professionals in other lines of business.

We are committed to making this organization provide value to all members through high quality CPE events and engaging networking events. We are looking for new energetic members, committee members and board members who would like to not only make an impact in the chapter but in the CPAs, young professionals, and students in the Richmond and surrounding areas. Check out the list of events below and share our website www.richmondcpas.org with your colleagues and fellow CPA’s. All events on our calendar, including around 15~20 hours of CPE, are included in the $195 membership fee, which renews annually on January 1st.
